How do I purchase your goods?

 The purchase process is as below:
Place PO to sales
Sales confirm the PI to customers
Sales place the order to production department
Production department execute the orders
Samples confirmation

I’m interested in your products, special for OM126. Does it have Spanish?

Yes, it support English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Italian, Finnish, Portuguese, Polish, and Dutch.

How can I update the software?

You can follow the update manual to do.

Why the device can’t work on my car?

The device can work on most 1996 and later OBDII compliant US, European and Asian vehicles, but not all of them, because of the ECUs. When you connect the device on your car, the screen shows “can’t connect….”. That means the device is not support on your car.

Can I get free samples from you?

As our company rules, samples will be charged. But if you place order next, we can reduce the sample fee from your order.
